I founded my Private Practice- ‘ImPerfect’ in 2019, with the aim of helping people achieve better Mental Health. I’ve evolved over the last couple of years and so has my style of therapy. I now mainly use the Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) framework to help my clients experience less emotional, behavioural and psychological stress.
Mainly, I use the REBT framework as it resonates with my own philosophy, is short term, problem focused, goal oriented and proposes the idea that we needn’t be perfect in any way in order to accept ourselves! Which fits perfectly with my practice name – ‘ImPerfect’.
Alongside private practice, I consult at a college and in the past have worked with a school, and a Rotary clinic as a psychologist. I’ve also held numerous workshops, training programs, talks, webinars on a range of Mental Health related topics. I also run group therapy on certain specific topics.
