About

Tushna Ghadially earned a Masters Degree in Economics and Bachelors degree in Mathematics from University of London, after which she had a successful 12-year career in the City as a Fund Manager at one of the largest pension funds in the UK, as well as holding the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

After the birth of her daughter, she changed direction and focussed her efforts on creating a local parenting community in Central London providing support, assistance and a social community for over 2,500 local parents on a non-profit basis. She has been an active volunteer on the committee of her local amenity society. Tushna aims to represent families with children living in the centre of London, working with local government and institutions to ensure the conflicting needs of residents and businesses are considered. Tushna has also worked with independent schools and families to help children access education opportunities that would otherwise not be available to them.

Tushna believes that it is important to contribute to community in all senses of the word, and is focussed on showing that if we engage constructively, outcomes that can be beneficial for all parties can be achieved.

In 2020, Tushna joined the Board of the World Zoroastrian Organisation, an organisation that truly represents all Zoroastrians globally. The pandemic has made it easier than ever for people all over the world to communicate and work together meaning the founding principles of WZO have even more meaning today than ever before.
