Sheherazad Kapadia is a qualified Occupational Therapist, with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from Loughborough University. In 2021 Sheherazad was selected to work with the Royal College of Occupational Therapists for 2 months, as part of their Research and Development Team. Sheherazad’s main research priorities have focused on anti-racism in healthcare settings and health inequality, she was invited to speak at an inaugural panel event on health inequity during OT week 2021.

Sheherazad currently serves as the Young Zoroastrian President of the UK and is the co-chair of the 8th World Zoroastrain Youth Congress. Taking a collaborative approach to building an open-minded and responsive Youth community is central to Sheherazad’s leadership. Sheherazad truly believes in the power of a strong and kind community.
