Natalia Jimmy Mistry, is the Chief Marketing Officer at Della Adventure and Resorts. She has joined her Family Business young (2019), soon after completing her under-graduate degree.

Certificate for Outstanding Academic Achievement in Business Communication, ISDI WPP.

Assisted in SPIRIT and Make-a-Wish Foundation Events 2017 & 2018, a special Olympic inspired event arranged for differently abled children and cancer patients.
Alongside pursuing her marketing diploma, she simultaneously pursued her formal degree in Commerce from the Mumbai university where she picked up an understanding into important business subjects such as Economics, Accounting and Taxation.
Natalia also spent two summers interning at well renowned WPP advertisements and marketing agencies, where she first gained her short experience into this industry. At first, Natalia joined the Marketing team of Della Group’s Design and Luxury Interior Product Supply company – Della by Jimmy Mistry. Soon, she found her calling for Marketing, Hospitality and Events.
Currently the 23 year old is leading a team for Marketing, PR, Events & Weddings for Della Group’s 3 verticals – Della Resorts, Della DATA Resort and Della Adventure. She is responsible for not only revenue generation to some extent, but also in charge of sending out the right communication and messaging via Marketing activities, which has helped the brands bag several awards for contribution in the Hospitality industry.
Apart from being passionate about her work, she has a keen eye for fashion and beauty and does influencer collaborations for limited high-profile brands.
Natalia is also an active member of the EO (Entrepreneurs Organisation) Future Leaders.
Future Journey- She will be shifting to New York to set up DLC – Della Leaders Club; The World’s 1st Business Platform.
She will help in the setting up of the offices, teams and chapter cities around multiple cities in US. She will be looking into the Marketing & PR activities along with the Event Planning along with Lead Generation of Paid Memberships.
