Monaz Vakil is a Manager at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA). Having been with the Institute for a decade she has moved internally from operating a center to heading the custom team at Executive Education to managing and expanding the developmental activities of IIMA’s JSW-School of Public Policy at IIMA. Her portfolio includes strategic business development of the schools academic activities (including Executive Education),  outreach and relationship management (internal and external) while overseeing the school’s academic activities and administration.  She engages with Govt Officials, CXOs, CEOs, CHROs and L&D heads for conversations on collaboration, partnerships and solutioning on developing training programmes to upgrade and enhance the organisations capabilities through learning interventions. In her earlier role at Executive Education she was instrumental in driving improvements in the standard operating processes while guiding the team for programme administration.  She has earlier been associated with Riverside School (ranked by Education World as No 1 in Ahmedabad and Gujarat and No 4 in International Day Schools) as a Curriculum Developer and Educator.  She has also been associated with HSBC bank and was one of the initial team of ten to start the bank’s first branch in Ahmedabad.
