Khursheed Kotwal is the first female minority to have been elected as a Council Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan- a premier accounting & auditing body & a qualification that is a symbol of success across the globe.

She is a Certified Director the Chairperson of the Risk Committee & a Board Member of The Pakistan Microfinance Network.

Khursheed is double qualified as a Fellow Chartered Accountant & Fellow Corporate Secretary & a Certified Director.  

She is the Founder of a Management Consultancy -Aasman International, and serves as Chief Executive that she started in 2009.

She has also worked in Unilever for 18 years in leading positions as the first female Corporate Finance Director, Chief Auditor, Corporate Controller, Treasurer, Information Security Officer, Unit Head Safety Health & Environment. She having been trained in ten countries around the globe & had been selected from South Asia to conduct a study in the UK on the future of the Finance profession. 

Khursheed champions various social causes and is a Trustee of the Karachi Parsi Anjuman Trust. In addition she is currently helping the fight to keep children off the streets from begging, she works for the cause of women entrepreneurship & has helped The Citizen Foundation put up a Risk Management Program.
