Kashmira has over 7 years of experience working in writing, research and various communications roles in a multilateral context at the OECD’s Global Relations Secretariat and in a bilateral context at the French Embassy in India’s Science, Technology and Higher Education Sector. Kashmira completed a Master’s in International Public Management from Sciences Po Paris and a Master’s in Communication and Journalism from the University of Mumbai. She is passionate about development issues and works in development communications at the World Bank’s External Relations Unit for the West and Central African region.
 
In her free time, Kashmira loves forest-bathing, reading, visiting museums and penning down her dog Bartie’s escapades.
