About

Hovi Shroff is a wife, mother, grandmother, educator, and lifelong advocate for caregiving families. Her heart and work are devoted to seniors and the loved ones who care for them, particularly those navigating dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s, and Lewy body disease.

Having served for many years as a Zoroastrian education teacher, Dr. Shroff values intergenerational learning, cultural continuity, and compassionate service. She currently runs a women’s support group twice a month and a free caregiver support group once a month, offering connection, understanding, and practical guidance in a warm, non-judgmental environment.

As a past President of the Association of Indians in America, she proudly brought together diverse Indian sub-communities, organizing charity events and cultural festivals that strengthened unity and community outreach.

Hovi believes that no caregiver should feel alone—and that healing begins when people feel seen, supported, and understood.
