  • 1982 Asian Games Sailing/Yachting, Bombay, India representing Pakistan
  • First woman to win a Gold medal for Yachting in the Asian Games or Olympics
  • First woman in the world to win a Gold medal in Yacht Racing with her husband
  • Only woman on entire Pakistan team
  • Only woman to ever win Gold Medal for Pakistan

Winner – Rose Bowl representing Pakistan at 1979 South Asian Yachting Regatta,   Trincomalee, Sri Lanka

Winner – Won Pakistan National Sailing Championships, Enterprise Class (1980)

Participant – Represented Pakistan at 1981 Enterprise World Championships, Sudbury, Ontario, Canada

Participant – Represented Pakistan at 1978 South Asian Yachting Regatta, Karachi, Pakistan
