Pride of Performance – Received President’s Award for Pride of Performance in 2010.

Gold Medal

• 1982 Asian Games Sailing/Yachting, Bombay, India representing Pakistan
• First woman to win a Gold medal for Yachting in the Asian Games or Olympics
• First woman in the world to win a Gold medal in Yacht Racing with her husband
• Only woman on entire Pakistan team
• Only woman to ever win Gold Medal for Pakistan

Winner – Rose Bowl representing Pakistan at 1979 South Asian Yachting Regatta,   Trincomalee, Sri Lanka

Winner – Won Pakistan National Sailing Championships, Enterprise Class (1980)

Participant – Represented Pakistan at 1981 Enterprise World Championships, Sudbury, Ontario, Canada

Participant – Represented Pakistan at 1978 South Asian Yachting Regatta, Karachi, Pakistan

Winner – Coastguard Offshore Trophy / Philips Offshore Trophy/ Punett Challenge / 

  Caltex Cup / Lipton Trophy / Lufthansa Trophy / Pinchard Jug and other

Other Sports – Victrix Ludorum overall champion in all sports competition at Grammar School

Scrabble – Founder President of Scrabble Association of Pakistan by establishing this sport on an organized level, which has led to development of Scrabble and has achieved honours for Pakistan by delegates winning international trophies.  Has developed Scrabble throughout Pakistan and still continues as President.
