Farah Mody graduated from Macquarie University in Sydney in 2010 with a degree in Human Resource Management. After working for a number of large organisations, she progressed into more senior HR management roles, leading teams up to 40. During the pandemic her partner’s media business grew exponentially and, after some apprehension, she made the decision to leave the corporate world to support him. She applied her people management skills and business acumen to help elevate the business, making it one of the fastest growing small businesses in Sydney.
It wasn’t long after that, Farah decided to take a leap of faith and start her own HR business.
