Published  “Women’s Executive Digest”, India’s first corporate magazine for women in 1987. 

Incorporated different businesses, in the field of events and entertainment, corporate gifting, management consultancy, and syndicated media. 

As professor at the Xavier’s Institute of Communication and the Bombay College of Journalism, taught Journalism to post graduates for over 15 years.

Authored numerous books for Tata Donnelly (UK)

Was Chairperson of the Bombay Management Association committee and other boards of the ‘Indian Merchants Chamber’, the Guild of Women Achievers, Rotary Club of Bombay Mid-Town, and various organizations.

Won national awards including the Rashtriya Ekta Award in 1999, from the Global Economic Council and also been in the Who’s Who of the World in 1999, as well as honorary appointment in the Professional Women’s Advisory Board, USA in late 1990’s.

Chosen by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry, (FICCI) as one of 50 outstanding women achievers in India, in 1997 and honored in their coffee table edition, ‘A Business Of Her Own.’

A certified holistic and wellness coach as well as a professional mental health counselor, Business and life coach, worked successfully with lots of satisfied individuals globally.

Co-founded “Global Youngpreneurs”, in 2021, to help kids and teens to realize their dreams of starting their own business.

Presently am International Director of the World Zarathushti Chamber of Commerce.
