Delshad graduated with her Bachelors in Education and Psychology, and Masters of Education for special needs children, which aligned with her passion for working with children in low socio-economic schools. Delshad believes in providing students with techniques and strategies that will set them up to be self-regulated lifelong learners – “Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.” 

More recently, Delshad has transitioned into a training-based role in a global company where she supports 130+ franchisees in their business growth & brand knowledge, with a focus on sales and profitability training. Remaining passionate about teaching the future generation, she continues to tutor students 1-1 in a range of subjects to accelerate their learning. 

As an active participant in the Zarthosti community, Delshad is an organizer for ZANZ Next Gen; a youth group for the young Zarthosti’s of New Zealand. She also participates in charity fundraisers, takes part in Ballroom/Latin American dance competitions, and enjoys playing the piano and baking traditional treats with her grandparents. Delshad’s passion is to always keep learning and growing, “the difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little bit ‘extra’”
