Arnaz Marker does A&R at Universal Music Publishing. She looks after both artists and songwriters, where her role mainly consists of signing and developing new talent. 

Arnaz had previously set up Sofar Sounds in Nottingham where she was running monthly gigs for several years. She hosted these gigs in range of venues, from intimate living rooms, to coffee shops, to art galleries.
