Being Zorro
Saturday 15th February 2025 ~ 1.30 pm onwards
World Zoroastrian House, 1 Freddie Mercury Close, Feltham, TW13 5DF
Dear Members,
You are invited to a unique experiential event on the theme of ‘Being Zoro” and what this means from a daily living perspective in our world today. Our facilitators, Dr. Shazneen Limjerwala and Dr. Meherangiz Press, will weave in themes of resilience, self care, identity, networking and support. You as participants are welcome to bring in your stories, experiences, questions and reflections to enrich this afternoon. We aspire to make it interactive and experiential, taking an integrated mind-body approach – because our inner and outer worlds are inextricably connected. There will be gentle movement, experience sharing, question-answers around mental health, music, a bit of writing if you feel pulled to do so, and last but not the least, some peace and silence.
Let’s come together, share, learn, teach, and grow. Our stories, our lives. Woven together. In a tapestry of acceptance and holding.
Any questions? Please reach out to dr.shazneen@gmail.com / +91 9833775350.
