Piroja Shroff, graduated from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, and stood first in ‘The University of Mumbai’ for the subject of History. She is a J. N. Tata Scholar and went on to get a Masters in Educational Leadership from Hofstra University, New York with a 4.0 GPA. She has been an educator at the Cathedral and John Connon School, Mumbai, which she left to join the NGO sector. 

She has been the CEO of the ‘English E.Teach’ Project which provides an English education to lakhs of vernacular medium students across Maharashtra, through specially designed English videos. 

She currently works with the Bal Jeevan Trust in Mumbai, and runs their centre for around 100 underprivileged children where they receive nutrition, an education, counselling and extra-curricular classes. 

She is also a new mother, and a soon to be first time author. Her debut novel is titled ‘And Before She Realised It’ releasing in April, 2022
