Zarine M Boyce, born in India, was educated in Pakistan and the United Kingdom, and earned a reputation as a woman valued for her exceptional pioneering spirit, determination and accomplishment.  Recognized as an ambassador of “goodwill and hope” amongst countless women seeking to advance in the world of entrepreneurship and business, Zarine is admired for her business acumen, innovation and imagination. Her dedication to entrepreneurial growth, along with her non-compromising approach to excellence, has produced a countless stream of successes in her life and in the world of business.    

From hosting The Home Decorating & Entertainment Show in 1970, to creating the first floral design company in Pakistan, Zerrita Flowers, to becoming a founding member of The Floral Arts Society, Zarine has directed her own advancement in life.   

Her premier pro bono contribution, in Houston, was the establishment of a foundational financial/artistic base and a greater public awareness for the Virtuosi of Houston, a premier youth chamber orchestra.  She also founded and chaired the UNICEF Houston Board, and served as a member on the National Board.  Zarine’s passion for the arts led her to serve on the Houston Symphony League, The Society of Performing Arts and the University of Houston Moores School of Music Advisory Board. For more than twenty years she has also been a driving force for the Houston Public Library, currently serving as its Vice-Chairman.

Zarine, along with her late husband Dr Meherwan Boyce, (a world-renowned consultant in the fields of Aviation, Power, and Petroleum Industries), founded The Boyce Consultancy Group LLC, Boyce Engineering International Inc. These corporations are responsible for developing international infrastructure projects in the power generation and privatization areas in developing world economies.

Zarine is a symbol of excellence, a role model for budding entrepreneurs and a source of timeless inspiration for generations to come.
