Khusnuma graduated from Government Law College, Mumbai in 2006 and is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. She has also passed the prestigious Solicitors examination and is enrolled as a Solicitor with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society since 2010. She is also admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in Ontario, Canada since 2017 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.

Prior to joining Agram Legal Consultants on 21 October 2024, Khusnuma has worked with law firms Udwadia & Udeshi (2006-2010), Platinum Partners (2010 – early 2015), Induslaw (mid 2018-2020) and Quillon Partners (2020-2024) in Mumbai. During her sabbatical she qualified in Ontario, Canada as a Barrister and Solicitor and has worked briefly with Deloitte’s legal project solutions team in Toronto.

Khusnuma’s practice includes advising clients on general corporate law and commercial matters focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, divestments and joint ventures across multiple sectors. She has also gained experience in real estate (sale deeds, leave and license agreements) and in the area of wills. In her initial years of practice, she also has done litigation work (including attending to matrimonial matter). Khusnuma has represented clients across multiple jurisdictions including Belgium, Sweden, UK, Singapore and Russia. Khusnuma was featured as an upcoming attorney in the RSG India report 2013.
