Rashna Jehani is the founder of Jehani Legal. She is a corporate lawyer having completed her Double Masters in Law from Columbia Law School, New York, & a Masters in Business Administration from SP Jain School of Global Management.

She has over 12 years of experience in practicing Corporate Law and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, investments, project finance, banking and advising start-ups.

She maintains a diverse corporate practice and has handled numerous complex transactions for various large corporations, and start-ups.

She has been instrumental in ensuring that matters including strategic acquisitions and those involving VC funding and joint ventures have been completed efficiently and effectively.

She is a second-generation theosophist and financial literacy and women empowerment are causes close to her heart.
