As a lead UX designer at TCS Pace Port, I collaborate with global clients such as McDonald’s and Bed Bath & Beyond to create delightful and efficient digital experiences. I apply design thinking and user research methods to understand the domain, personas, and user needs, and design data-driven interfaces using Figma, mock-ups, and design systems. I also actively manage and align with product managers and engineers to ensure the quality and feasibility of the design solutions.
I have a Master of Science in Information Experience Design from Pratt Institute, where I learned how to design interactive and immersive experiences that engage and empower users. I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design, where I developed my business acumen and project management skills. I have a diverse portfolio of design projects, ranging from website redesigns, to user journey maps, to card sorting activities, that showcase my creativity and problem-solving abilities. I am passionate about creating products that are user-centric, visually stunning, and impactful.
