I have more than 15 years of corporate HR / L&D experience both pan-India and across 6 other countries. I have travelled to 21 countries, worked across 6 of them and lived in 3 different ones for extended periods of time. As part of my professional repertoire I have handled the entire gamut of human resources functions (from recruitment to psychometric assessments) as well as CSR and POSH initiatives in my previous organizations.

I have just finished writing a book which is going to be included by the S.P. Jain Institute of Management Studies in India for their MBA program. It just got published on Amazon, Flipkart, Google Play and on 200 online book stores (in India and in 130 countries globally). The name is “Trainer, Leader, Coach — New Leadership for a New ‘Working’ Normal”. It’s available on Amazon worldwide.

I am also a certified assessor from PerformanSe` SAS (France) for administering and interpreting tools for psychometric evaluations, a content developer (certified by the Performance Improvement team at J.P. Morgan Chase) & for facilitating The Core Competencies workshop (Dale Carnegie Training – India). I have conducted personalized coaching sessions for Leadership Teams across 5 countries.

I have also completed my DELF certification (certified to teach “A” Levels for French in Europe). This is accredited by the Government of France and completed my B1 Levels from Alliance Francaise`.
