Ms. Nazneen Ichhaporia heads the Private Equity, M&A, General Corporate, Estate Planning & Intellectual Property Rights practices at ANB Legal, a full service commercial law firm having offices PAN India.

A corporate commercial lawyer, Nazneen mainly focuses on private equity and venture capital investments, acquisitions, joint ventures and business re-structuring. She’s taken on matters related to cross border investments, succession and estate planning, FDI, external commercial borrowings and franchising. She has also been a part of capital markets transactions like Initial Public Offers, Rights Issues and Qualified Institutional Placements.

Prior to joining ANB Legal, Nazneen was associated with reputed law firms like Kanga & Co. and Advaya Legal. She has penned down several articles on topics ranging from technology and social media to arbitration and dispute resolution, which have been published locally as well as by a leading international publishing house.

She is also a member of the World Zoroastrian Chamber of Commerce, the Law Review Committee of the Indian Merchants’ Chamber, the International Legal Alliance and the International Council of Jurists
